Each contestant enters as of their age on January 1st of  the State Pageant Year.  You must qualify to enter the State Pageant by becoming a Hometown Queen or doing a Photo Application entry.  Hometown Queens are required to participate in State Finals.  There is NO double crowning.  Each title winner is expected to represent her state title during the year including attending the following years State Pageant  to crown her successor.  Each State Dream Queen is required to enter the National event within 14 days of winning at the State event, National Entry Fee to be paid by State Director.  ANY bad sportsmanship displayed by ANYONE including a reigning queen acting in a manner to bring discredit to Dream Girls U.S.A., it's directors, or staff may result in immediate disqualification of contestant or titleholder alike.  There are NO refunds given for any reason.  ALL prizes ARE given, no combining age groups or prizes ever...The decision of the Judges is FINAL. Score sheets will be given out...All photos must be signed in at registration and picked up at the end of the event by the contestant/chaperone.  Motivated participants should seek sponsors to help pay for fees and should also give entry forms to potential contestants of any age group.  Remember, you receive $25.00 off for each referral.  Dream Girls U.S.A. is a registered trademark of U.S.A. Productions, Inc. as featured on a 1 hour documentary' on Discovery' Channel.  Once your State entry' form is sent to our offices, you will receive a Guidelines Package.  You will have plenty of time to prepare for your State or the Nationals no matter where you previously placed...
